As a personal project, I redesigned an email newsletter for the Welsh heavy metal band Bullet for My Valentine, using content from a promotional flyer for their album Gravity. The goal was to translate the band's intense, moody aesthetic into a dynamic digital format. Designed in Photoshop and built with HTML and CSS in Dreamweaver, the layout captures the album’s dark, atmospheric tone while ensuring readability and mobile responsiveness. This project showcases my ability to merge strong visual branding with clean, functional code to create an engaging fan experience.

Challenge:
Design a responsive email newsletter that promotes the band’s new album while staying true to its dark, heavy-metal aesthetic.

Insight:
Music fans respond better to emails when visuals evoke the mood of the music rather than using generic marketing templates.

Concept:
A modern, high-contrast design incorporating the album’s visual tone for a fully branded fan experience.
